Blogging Income for September

blogging income for September 2007

Though there is nothing to shout about compare to what Lilian and Samm had made in the month of September, it’s a new record for me since I started blogging for money 5 months ago. For the first time, it breaks into 4-digit and doubled what I used to make in the previous months. Consider the fact that I have only one and half blogs(this blog didn’t qualify until middle of September), I consider September as a good month.

Just like Lilian and Samm, I kept an excel spreadsheet to record and motivate me to achieve the target set for myself. I am extremely grateful that I accidentally bumped into Elaine’s blog earlier this year and learned about this opportunity to write paid posts. This has been my main source of income since I folded up the tutoring center and preschool last month.

I must say making money online has never been in my wildest dreams, it opens up a brand new world for me. Unlike others who said blogging for money is for fun or for personal satisfaction, it had been paying bills and mortgage for me, especially when the business was not doing exactly great. I am so grateful that God provides in the least expected way.

I was a bit hesitated to write this post earlier because I don’t want to appear to be bragging. It does take a lot of hard work to stay focus and motivated to type for hours. I have no child to take care and only teach part time now, so my priorities may be a little different than yours. It’s not really “easy” money, so don’t envy or get jealous.I am sure you can reap the same harvest if you are willing to put your heart and time into it. :-)

Not bad huh… can earn so much.
I also keep a record, but not in excel. One record is on daily earning..like how many post I have written and how much I earned in that day (though not approved) and at the end of month , I sum up to see how much I have earned in the month. I have another record of the actually money received in a month. With these records… it surely motivates me to work harder.

Leah: I too use excel sheets for recording regardless whether the posts are approved or not. It’s really rarely you get a post rejected and not mendable. For getting paid record, I just download the paypal’s history.

Thx for the mention, Leah. I never thought this was possible too. But both Lilian and i have proven to many people over and over again that it is possible to earn a decent income online. We just need to persevere and keep going.

Leah: Yeah, I like that part, hard work is rewarded, no flattery and buttery needed.:-)

Leah: Oh, thx to the endless analysis that I had to do in my previous job, I am quite familar with Excel.

“I am so grateful that God provides in the least expected way.”

Do you really thing it’s God that is allowing you to make money online? I assume he has more important fish to fry than overseeing how many people hit your site. I’m just sayin’, that sounds completely ridiculous. Having said all that, good luck with all that…I hope God provides you with a Mercedes soon too!
Yes, we believe God is a provider, and he can meet our needs in many ways. A Mercedes will be nice, but we probably would not need it. :-)
