Going organic in sleep
I often opt for organic food whenever I can. Some of the food stuff that I have been constantly going organic including udon, unbleached flour, rock salt, sugarcane sugar and honey. I am not really a total convert I must say, haven’t gone so far to go all the way to include organic natural bedding in my shopping cart.
Do you know it’s possible to buy organic cotton bedspreads now? Apparently, the normal cottons are heavily sprayed with a lot of pesticides and this organic cotton are grown without spraying.
The organic grown cotton is processed into fabric in a totally natural fashion, without the use of chemicals. And the organic cotton fabric is preshrunk using steam to keep its fit. Since we spend one-third of our life in bed sleeping, may be it’s not too much to consider some healthier alternative to chemical and pesticide laden beddings.
