Lousy telco service provider
I have applied for a new phone line and Internet service for a week, called them twice, still no sign that they have done anything with the application.
Good thing I waited and did not just transferred the old line. I plan to cancel the old line once the new one is installed and working. Though new installation costs more than merely transfer an old line to a new location, I didn’t want to be disconnected while they take their own sweet time to do the transfer. Due to the Internet access, I am still staying at the old place, but most of my stuffs are moved back to our house, you can imagine the inconvenience and the mess.
Well, there is really nothing new with this service provider, we all know their service sucks. What to do? They are the monopoly in this place right now! The gomen should just give out more licenses to more companies to provide similar service, competition and market force will have them clean up their acts.
