Hi Natashio,

As what i know, you may consume the enyzme once a day 1-5 small tlbs.
I normally add 2 small tlbs of enyzme into 1 cup of water and drink with empty stomach in the moning.

Can someone enlighten me with

1) how much portion (ml) of this fruits enzyme can be taken a day? Cos my friend had given me a small bottle of apple enyzme which is about 100ml and I took it all concentrate at one go...wow.. almost admitted to hospital. The doctor had given me two jabs in a day - to stop my abdomen pains. The pain took 2 weeks to go off and my perching lasted for 1 week.

2)Is this the process of clearance & detox to my stomach?

Since the incident, I am afraid to take it. Can someone advise?

Using cane sugar vs organic raw sugar, I find the former enzyme not as sweet. I am concerned about the alcohol content, can I give the enzyme to young kids or even teenager? And how to tell if the batch is a success or failure?
I would appreciate if readers out there can share more info with me.

Why not buying from supermarket?
We never know that how good is your enviroment during you make the enzyme and is the process very clean? Did u really check on those enzyme after the process is good to drinks?
It may poison u one day. So be careful on what u have eat or drinks.

Hi,

I have made my own enzyme (dragonfruit/lemon/ apple) but on the 3rd day, there is some mold on the top of the fruit. Should I remove the mold and then put the candy sugar all over again or just on the affected area?

It is necessary to rock it daily?

People, I do not know who tell you that enzymes is good for drinking. It is pure alcohol after the fermentation process because sugar will be coverted to alcohol.

I recommend that you don't drink the enzymes. Perhaps you should consider making apple cider vinegar instead.

Use the "enzymes" for washing your floor is ok...

Running out of glass jars , can we use some other plastic jars for fermentation
process and storage. Some jars dont have tight lids, a cover on top will do just fine ?

Has anyone tried out with other fruits like bananas / jackfruits / watermelon or pomelo ?
Someone even recommend blending the fruits, which accelerates the fermentation process.
what do u say ?

Hi i've just made myself dragonfruit enzyme. The dragonfruit has a lot of juice therefore by cutting it there'll be juices coming out and it is unavoidable. shud i proceed with putting the slices in eventhough the fruit is covered with its own juice or dry it?

The juice goes in too.
